The Diet Detox in 5 days is a short program, where the solids are removed during three days, to be reinstated subsequently slowly.

Diet Detox in 5 days: general plan

Day 1-3:

  • protein drinks, diet and detoxification.

Day 4-5:

  • protein drinks, diet, detoxification and supplements.
  • Plants (unlimited quantities).
  • 1 Handful of raw almonds or nuts as snacks between meals.

Day 6:

  • Back to sensible diet, focusing on raw or lightly cooked foods.
  • It is advisable to continue to consume protein drinks and supplements for at least 30 days to continue detoxification.

Daily Schedule Detox Diet in 5 days

You must remember that during days 1-3 only drink nutrients , so you’ll have a protein shake (smoothie) to your meals.

For optimal results must follow this time each day during the 5-day Detox Diet:

  1. 7:00: detoxifying drink to get up
  2. 7:30: Breakfast
  3. 10:00: midmorning snack
  4. 24:30: detoxifying drink
  5. 13:00: Lunch
  6. 15:30: a mid-afternoon snack

  8. 20:30: snack time
